Addictions: We encourages anyone with an addiction to be actively involved in a twelve-step program as the primary focus in recovery. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for a twelve-step program.  It is however a very useful and powerful tool that can be used in conjunction with a twelve-step program and other recovery programs.
